Common questions
Start on the Jobs page and choose Sign the books. Current Local 66 members can submit Book 1 online, and members of another IBEW local can submit Book 2 online with a letter of introduction. Book 3 applicants must contact the Local 66 office and sign in person unless Local 66 explicitly approves another process.
No. Local 66 must review your submission and add eligible users to the member-management system first. After setup is complete, you will receive an email with Working Systems portal-access instructions. Once access is active, you can use the portal or LaborPower app for available job-bidding tools.
Open jobs are listed through Working Systems at https://ibew66.workingsystems.com/workeropenjobs. You may view the jobs page there, but bidding requires active portal access.
Start with the Jobs page if you are signing the books for the first time. After Local 66 reviews your submission and sends your access email, use the Working Systems portal or LaborPower app for enabled tools such as bidding, dues, contact updates, and re-sign. Re-Sign the Books Every Third Thursday of the Month.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still do not see the email, contact Local 66 and confirm that your email address was entered correctly.
