Common questions
Start on the Jobs page and choose Sign the books if you are a current Local 66 member submitting a Book 1 request. Book 2 and Book 3 applicants must contact the Local 66 office and sign in person.
Local 66 is not using portal bidding in this phase. Available jobs are posted for viewing, and the hall continues filling calls by making phone calls to active employment registrations under hall dispatch procedures.
Open job calls are available through the Working Systems current-jobs page and the Member Portal for viewing. You must be on the books before being called for a job offer.
Dispatch hours are 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Job opportunities are handled under the supervision of the Business Manager in accordance with Local 66 rules and the applicable outside line construction agreement.
Re-sign is only open on the third Thursday of every month between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Central Time through the Member Portal.
Local 66 reviews the submission and sets up eligible users in the member-management system. When access is ready, Local 66 sends portal-access instructions by email. Check spam or junk if you do not receive the email, then contact the office to confirm your email address.
