How the Local 66 jobs process works
First-time Book 1 requests and work applications start here. Book 2 and Book 3 signing is handled in person at the hall. Portal access comes after Local 66 reviews the submission and sends access instructions.
- 1Start here
Use this Jobs page to submit Book 1 online or apply for work. Book 2 and Book 3 applicants must sign in person at the hall.
- 2Office review
Local 66 reviews the submission and confirms eligibility, classification, and any optional or required supporting information.
- 3Portal access
Once processed, you receive access to the IBEW 66 Member Portal to view your Available-for-Work List position, re-sign, view jobs, and update your personal information.
- 4Dispatch calls
Available jobs are updated daily in the Member Portal. Local 66 is holding off on portal bidding and will continue making phone calls to active employment registrations.
