First-time Book 1 requests start on the Jobs page; Book 2 and Book 3 applicants must sign in person. Local 66 is not using portal bidding in this phase and will continue making phone calls to active employment registrations. Re-sign is only open on the third Thursday of every month between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Central Time through the Member Portal.
